Jet Machining Center





Our OMAX 60120 Jet Machining Center is a bridge-style waterjet machine and is designed to cut virtually any flat material. It is most commonly used for cutting precision parts, signage, metal art and cutting blank components that require secondary machining operations.


Work Area: 3000mm x 1500mm

Material thicknesses: 0.1mm to 150mm. 150mm to 200mm+ with special jigs.

Accuracy: 0.1mm

Jet Machining Center





Our OMAX 2626 Jet Machining Center is a cantilever-style waterjet machine and is the newest addition to our workshop. With it's smaller cutting area and the addition of the Tilt-A-Jet, it's great at accurately cutting those smaller parts.


Work Area: 737 mm x 660 mm

Material thicknesses: 0.1mm to 150mm. 150mm to 200mm+ with special jigs.

Accuracy: 0.1mm

Tilt-A-Jet Cutting Nozzle




The Tilt-A-Jet lets the OMAX JetMachining Center achieve virtually zero taper with most materials.


The Tilt-A-Jet can position the nozzle at an angle to offset the taper from the abrasive jet. Taper doesn't disappear it just gets moved to the scrap part of the material, leaving your part with square edges.




OMAX EnduroMax Pump





55000psi (3800bar) of water cutting pressure is achieved from our direct drive 40hp (30kw) OMAX ENDUROMAX PUMP.



OMAX Precision Optical Locator





The Precision Optical Locator (POL) is a high definition camera with microscope lens and allows us to zoom in on material features, locate, and select points with the software’s precision crosshair alignment tool.


This allows us to quickly and easily determine the location of parts on the machining table or features on existing parts or materials. We can find the exact centre of a hole or use the camera to trace out a large shape or part, the size of the cutting bed.
